Squats, lunges and jumps are included in this workout, so if your knees, low back, and hips need modifications please show your body some love and modify! Cardio Blast + Pilates Mat
This 30 minute workout is sure to get the heart pumping and the sweat dripping! Modifications are provided, but there are a series of jumps and planks in this workout that target the big muscle groups. The last half of the workout is a more traditional beginner Pilates mat routine that is performed quickly. We use 1 pound hand weights and 1 pound ankle weights, but neither prop is necessary to get a good workout in! We also recommend you play your favorite workout music in the background to help keep you motivated! Please consult with a doctor before jumping into a class. Low Impact Cardio
This low impact cardio video is perfect for those who want to get their heart rate up but can't jump or do deep squats and lunges. We stay standing the whole time, offering modifications and progressions for every movement. We recommend putting on your favorite music in the background and join us for some fun! Beginner Cardio + Mat Part II
This fun workout combines cardio and the beginner mat series. We begin standing for a short cardio series and then come down to the mat for 2 exercises before hopping back up for another set of cardio. Because we're only on the mat for 2 exercises at a time, listen to your body and take breaks if you need them! We offer modifications and progressions to make this accessible for all.
